A little about me . . .
I was born 26 years ago in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. I was raised by the most caring parents and relatives in the world. I absolutely love my family, they are my biggest supporters. Growing up, there was never a doubt in my mind of what I wanted to be when " I grew up". My mom says that at a very early age, I started playing teacher with my cousins and neighbors, according to her I was a natural (She is my mother of course lol).
I was blessed to find my dream job just a few months after graduating in 2009 (Kutztown University). I can still remember the excitement I felt when I was asked "What do you think about teaching Kindergarten?". I was happy enough for just getting an interview, but Kindergarten!!!!!!! I've been living my dream for the past 3 years. I really do feel blessed, not only did I get my dream job, I am a part of a wonderful and positive school community and the best teaching team in the world!!!!!! I really don't know if I would've survived the past three years without my partner in crime lol.
I wanted to start a blog, right when I started working. Unfortunately, none of my professors mentioned the fact that I was not going to have much of a life for the first couple of years!!! It has definitely been a roller coaster ride and I've learned so much. Hopefully through this blog I will be able to share my ideas and experiences in order to help others or really just make them laugh ;-).
